Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For healthy reasons, all edible products cannot be returned, unless the item is damaged or you received the incorrect product.
Return Process
General returns:
1.Contact us within 15 days of purchase if you need to process a return for any reason that is not damaged or defective
2. If return is approved, you will have a return for for you to complete
3. Package the item and include the return form inside
4. Ship package to the following address with the shipping carrier of your choosing

Damaged or Incorrect Items Sent
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide us with details and pictures. Once the return is approved, you will receive a free return label and a return form. The return form must be completely filled out and returned inside the package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please not it can take up to 14 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
