Shipping Cost
U.S. Shipping charges are calculated directly by USPS and USPS and are based on package weight and size, delivery distance, and shipping method. Unfortunately, weight plays a significant factor in determining shipping costs and candy has a high shipping-to-product-cost ratio.
Ground Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM EST. Orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days to most U.S. locations.
2-Day Shipping: 1 -2 business days of processing time will still apply. We recommend choosing medium or large flat rate. The small box does not fit a large bag of candy.
Most carriers do not deliver on Sunday and will only deliver on Saturday to certain locations. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us.
International Shipping: Shipping is available to any address in the world. Due to customs fees and duties, you can only place an order for the US. If you want to place an order outside the US, please contact us and we will look at the shipping options available. The quoted shipping costs are for the carrier rates alone and do not include customs or additional in-country taxes. We are not responsible for any fees that may apply in addition to the shipping rate.
Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to a P.O. Box. Please be sure to provide an actual street address for delivery.
Heat Warning
If an order contains heat sensitive items, it will be packed with cold gel packs which are good for up. to 3 days. Therefore, we suggest customers upgrade to 2-day shipping for any order(s) that contain heat sensitive items. We will also add a $5.00 hot weather shipping charge to pay for ice packs and the additional weight.
